Painting!

I did a photo shoot with a little girl painting and generally making a mess and thought, 'this might be fun for Dex to do!!'  So, I brought the leftover paints and sheet home and let him get after it in the front yard this morning!  He started out painting neatly around himself...

Then he started painting himself...

Then he dropped the paintbrushes and went full hands in!

THEN it got in his mouth and we were finished :)

Angels

Angel baby Anna...

This reminded me of this picture of Dex that I took probably a year and a half ago.

I guess this is proof that both of my children are angels  :)   HAHAHAHAHA!  Just kidding.  I know they are no angels.  But they are precious gifts from God!

It Was Bound To Happen (and other randoms)

Dex wanted to "share" his trains with Anna this morning.  She was fine with two....

Four?  Not so much.

Why I don't like having to use my camera flash on Dex  :)

The last week or so, Dex has turned his tiger into a baby.  Complete with a dress and baby socks.  He rocks the baby in the cradle and feeds and her/him (depending on what it's wearing) and wants me to hold her.  Pretty funny actually, but he's so sweet to her!
