Today is Prematurity Awareness Day - a day to remember, honor, and celebrate special babies. As I'm sure everyone knows, Dex was born at 25 weeks. He had a very small chance of living with no medical issues, and so far, we are extremely blessed!
I posted last year for this event, so I won't do a long post here. Just please take some time today to remember someone you know (or all of those you don't know) who delivered their babies too early.
Amanda (Dex's Tia) created a March of Dimes wristband in Dex's honor, so if you'd like to donate to March of Dimes, go here to do so in his name. And everyone get ready... because I want to start a team for the March for Babies Run next year in Dallas! :)
